Ralph has extensive wealth management and fiduciary experience and has been involved in developing proprietary planning programs. Through his many publications about fiduciary obligations and planning strategies one can conclude that he has a hands-on passion for what he does. What is not as obvious is how his real life application of trust investment management, wealth preservation, and wealth transfer strategies has helped numerous affluent families accomplish their legacy planning.
Prior to joining LEXCO Advisor Solutions, Inc. Ralph was an Investment Representative and Financial Planner at Lehman Brothers, Wilmington Trust Company, and the Vanguard Group.
At each company Ralph was personally responsible for developing customized financial plans and strategies for prominent individuals, families, and business owners. He also provided leadership to other relationship managers in providing specific wealth management strategies for their clients.
Ralph’s unique wealth transfer strategies, success in helping his clients resulted in some national recognition such as being listed as one of “The Nation’s 100 Most Exclusive Wealth Advisors” by Robb Report Worth magazine in October of 2006, 2005, and 2004. Ralph received recognition in Wilmington Trust’s (WL) 2006 Annual Report to Shareholders.
