Tom considers his number one priority to be helping individuals, pre-retirees, active seniors, businesses, and families pursue their financial goals.

A graduate of Pace University’s Financial Management program, Tom built his accounting and auditing foundation at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC). He became one of the youngest Audit Supervisors at PWC, managing complex audits for major corporations in the financial services industry. Tom made his transition from public to private accounting by becoming the CFO of a client company, Murjani International, Ltd. (holding company for Tommy Hilfiger). While at Murjani, Tom was able to hone his personal financial planning skills by providing financial advice to the company’s executives.

His focus on Personal Financial Planning expanded when he left private industry and became Executive Vice President of Evergreen Group Benefits, where he specialized in helping companies offer innovative benefit solutions for executives and employees. In 1999, he formed Affinity Advantage Financial to provide coordinated professional services to corporations and individuals.

As an active member of his community, Tom is on the Board of Directors at Elant and Orange County Arts Council and is Past-President of his Local Rotary Club, where he manages the Annual Career Day at the local high school. During the holidays, Tom participates as a Salvation Army bell-ringer. In addition, he acts a Big Brother to a local third grader. Tom also serves as Chair for the Alzheimer’s Association’s Annual Memory Walk. Tom has been recognized by the American Institute of CPAs as a volunteer who assisted families affected by the 9/11 tragedy.
